The reading looks wrong. What should I do?

First check nothing is over the sensor — a case, a finger or a screen protector across the top of the phone will read low — and that the phone is on the desk facing the same way the reader does, not pointed at a lamp. If it is still off, Settings → Calibration corrects it for your device, and support@caliberix.com will look at it with you if that does not.
