What the free app includes, what StudyLight Pro adds, and why part of a result is locked.
What is free and what needs paying for?
The core measurement is free with no account — a daily number of free scans, shown on the Home screen, and the Study Score with its band in full. Learn, Challenges, StudyTools and the eye-break timer are free too. StudyLight Pro adds unlimited scans, the full per-factor analysis, the complete history and trend chart, extra room profiles, Session Mode and cross-device sync. You can see the number that matters before deciding to subscribe.
What does StudyLight Pro include?
Pro unlocks the full 4-factor Study Score breakdown with fixes, reading distance in cm, the bulb-replacement spec, the full history and trend chart, multiple room profiles, Session Mode live alerts, the Sunday Study Report, and the audit-report PDF. It is an annual subscription. Google Play shows the exact price, the renewal price, and any offer your account qualifies for, before you confirm.
Why is part of my result locked?
The Study Score and its band are free and complete — nothing about the headline number is held back. What Pro adds is the reasoning underneath: the full per-factor breakdown with the fix for each one, the reading distance in cm, the bulb-replacement spec, and the raw measured values. The free result tells you where you stand; Pro tells you what to change.
Why can I only see my last few scans?
Your scans are all kept on the device — nothing is deleted at a cut-off. The free History tab shows the last three as date, Study Score and band, counts the rest, and blurs the trend chart. Pro opens the whole record, the real chart with its 7, 30 and 90-day ranges, the summary chips and the Sessions tab.
